Create an Account

You may create a new account for the Florida Special Needs Registry. If you already have an account, please select the Return to Log In button to return to the Log In page.

Please click the Create Account button after you have entered the required information.
The button is found at the bottom of the page.
The system will send a link to your email to set your password and security questions.
Your account will be ACTIVE when you complete these steps.
Select your Florida county of residence, or select the Out of State option. You may register individuals in any county utilizing the Florida Special Needs Registry, regardless of your county of residence selection.
